Usually fruits and vegetables will purify the blood, because they the property of healing and purification. Antioxidants are beneficial for health and long life. The color of raw vegetables are antioxidants, which, if nothing other than anti-oxidants antioxidants are harmful. Raw vegetables and fruits are good for diarrhea, heart, kidney, obesity, cancer and diabetes. Raw foods to prevent the disease itself. So we have to live the raw foods, raw fruits and vegetables and a long healthy and happy .
